Hi! My name is Chuck and I'm a compulsive rules carpenter.
I have a shelf full of role-playing game books, none of which I am completely content with. I have a second shelf of just GURPS books. I ran that system for years, convinced it was the best there was to be had. But my tastes - and those of my players - have changed over the years. Plus there's alot of exciting new stuff, chock full of cool ideas.
So I've used this site to build my own system. I'm working towards a best-of-breed ideal here. Not only stealing the best ideas from 30 years of rulebooks, but remaining compatible with them on some level. I hope to be able to pick up a DnD, or GURPS, or WoD book and bring elements of it into my game with a minimal transform.
